• Exclusive Floor for Enhanced Community Living: The ground floor and the 2nd floor currently are home to the vibrant members of the all-male Theta Xi Fraternity, fostering a sense of community. Available rooms are located on the 3rd floor, accessible only to residents and their guests. Renters will have access to communal areas on the 1 st Floor, including the kitchen, backyard, bicycle storage, and a laundry room.
